Please note rates include upscaled gourmet breakfasts, complimentary onsite parking, use of all amenities including guest parlor, front porch rockers, back courtyard sitting area/water garden, putting green, outdoor hot tub and arbor bench swing, operated year round plus promotional discounts with restaurants, town shops and more in the off season. Rates based on 2 guests per room. Two night minimum stay required May 15 - Oct. 15, and during special event weekends.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of Reservations (including Gift Certificate redemptions) will result in a $25 service charge from your deposit. In the case of Cancellations, deposit balances will be refunded if the vacancy is refilled. If your Reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the total cost of the stay MAY be charged to your credit card if Davy House is unable to recover by refilling the room(s). Please note that every effort will be made to refill vacancies.

It is recommended that we are advised of Rescheduling and Cancellations as soon as possible.
